Egger India 15 Years

Egger Pumps India celebrated its 15th anniversary and launched its new structure.

The year 2020 marks the 15th anniversary of our subsidiary in Coimbatore, India. Since its creation, the company has evolved steadily, going from a parts manufacturing entity supplying fully machined parts to Egger Cressier with only 5 employees to a company configuration manufacturing full-fledged pumps with 102 employees currently to meet the requirements of its customers and the Indian market.
The celebrations of the 15 years took place in January of this year with first a Pooja, according to Indian culture in the morning, followed by the inauguration of the new factory building. A show was held later in the evening with the presence of more than 400 people, the employees and their family members and a delegation from Egger Cressier and Turo Italia. The theme of the event was based on the culture of the local region (Tamil Nadu) with various events and activities.

The integration and inclusion of the family is very important in a country like India, where the socio-cultural ties and the family system are very strong. This day not only integrated the families of employees into the company, but also ensured a sense of belonging among the colleagues who celebrated this day as a big family. Congratulations
